Let me explain…
I've had a tremendous career that a lot of people probably would've loved to have. I spent 30 years in the NFL working in various capacities, including radio broadcaster for both the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Oilers. Most of my NFL work was for the original Cowboys front office, where I learned the management theory of Hall of Fame general manager, Tex Schramm, one of the NFL’s most famous front office figures. I've also worked at many other places that were very poorly run, where management didn’t give a fig about employees. That’s why now, I stand ready to help you refine your system, get turnover under control, and form a real team, where everyone is working together to push the ball across the other team’s goal line as often as possible.
